Cosmos Chaos
- Targets the "4th grade slump," a well-documented drop-off in standardized reading test scores that occurs when students encounter more difficult texts when reading to learn instead of learning to read.
- Extremely asset-heavy, story-based, role-playing game that is already receiving excellent reviews.

- Responsible for all phases of project lifecycle from Pitch through Launch on projects for various digital platforms including web and interactive TV.
- Procure and manage internal and contractor resources located worldwide for clients in numerous parts of the US. Successfully work remotely from home with no direct supervision.
- In one week, coordinated upper management and completed a pitch document enabling the company to secure a $500k contract with potential $250k follow-on projects.

Disney - Playhouse Disney Preschool Time Online, a downloadable edutainment product, representing 9 major Disney licenses, considered the largest project of its kind.
- Parent's Choice Award Winner, Spring 2006 & 2007
- On initiative, developed standards and training guide for project writers, eliminating 1-2 weeks training time while simultaneously improving content quality and consistency.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of over 10,000 voice-over files for 20 characters recorded by numerous studios throughout the world. Hired and managed an outside contractor to help with data input.
- On initiative, developed Microsoft access database to track product content and functionality development; significantly improved coordination between content creators and developers while improving project schedule visibility.
Starlight-Starbright Foundation - Quest for the Code, an online Flash game that's helping nearly 1,000 children with asthma each month.
- Achieved 45% net contribution target and released according to schedule.
Oceanic Time Warner - Channel One, a portal for interactive TV, the first of its kind.
- Hit 45% net contribution target on contracts for a marketing mascot, TV portal and accompanying website, & iTV trivia game.

- On initiative, became company's first usability engineer. Developed process for usability testing and user interface design standards and incorporated them into the company's overall development process. Spearheaded development of usable software throughout the company.

MyFamily.com
- Managed launch of Upload Express photo upload tool - took existing tool created by contracted company, redesigned it, user tested it with positive response, and finally designed and supported implementation of tool into the MyFamily.com site. Tool quickly became responsible for 30% of all photo uploads.
- Usability tested existing and new features of the site. Assisted contractor to plan and prepare testing, and to document results.
- Provided product management with assessment of usability and usage impact to the site for implementing new features. Helped close Ad Sales and Business Development opportunities by quickly providing design mock-ups.
- On initiative, established process for team to post project mock-ups to intranet website.
- Designed several key improvements and additions to the site including newsletter sign-up and preferences, message boards, photo contests, photo upload, "universal login", "create a new site" and "become a member" processes, personalizable items within e-commerce site, and cooking channel/recipe contest/family site recipe.
